Joe Wilson joins Cary Stamp & Company bringing with him a client base and a practice built on personalized strategies across retirement planning, tax strategy, estate planning, insurance, and investment management.
Joe has owned and managed KBC Financial Services, Inc., an independent firm he started in Newtown, Pennsylvania in 2003.
With over 30 years in the personal finance industry, Joe adds a seasoned perspective and a steady hand to the Cary Stamp team — one shaped by guiding clients through some of the most turbulent markets in modern history, including the 2000 technology bubble, the 2008 financial crisis, and the COVID-19 pandemic. That experience gives him a grounded, long-term view that clients have come to rely on, especially in uncertain times.
Joe holds a degree in accounting from LaSalle University and is a Registered Representative with Commonwealth Financial Network®. He holds a non-practicing CPA license and has prepared, reviewed, or consulted on hundreds of corporate and personal tax returns over the course of his career, and has an insurance license.
Joe and his team will continue to manage the Newtown office, and additional support from Cary Stamp & Co. will allow him to spend more time with his wife, Valerie, and his two children. His daughter Briana is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine, and currently lives in the Boston area with her one-eyed rescue dog, Pip. In addition to her position as an Emergency Doctor, she also does consulting work on animal health and welfare issues. His son, Michael, is a Vice President at Merrill Lynch in Pennington, New Jersey. He holds a Series 7 license and supports the investment platform team in mutual fund and investment reviews.
As a lifelong Philadelphia area resident, Joe enjoys anything related to the Phillies, Eagles, Flyers, and 76ers. He also enjoys going to the gym and recently ran in the July 4th Revolutionary Run held at Washington Crossing National Park.
