A natural-born Floridian, Leslie Soufis lives in Palm Beach Gardens and brings over 20 years of experience in administrative support, case management, and customer service to the Cary Stamp & Company team. As our Administrative Assistant, she plays a key role in supporting our Florida office, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and helping our advisors deliver an exceptional client experience.
Throughout her career, Leslie has developed a strong foundation in organization, communication, and problem-solving. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management and a Master’s degree in Human Behavior. These experiences have shaped her passion for creating structure, supporting others, and working in environments that require both empathy and adaptability.

Outside of work, Leslie enjoys a life rooted in faith, family, and simplicity. She loves fishing, attending church, volunteering, and spending quality time with her husband, children, and their many animals. A proud Greek-American and devoted animal lover, she believes that kindness is one of life’s most powerful values.
