Cary Stamp was born on a naval base in Philadelphia, PA during the height of the Vietnam War. He attended West Des Moines Valley High School, where he led the award-winning debate team to become one of the leading programs in the nation. His astute debate skills led to a full scholarship to the University of Southern California and then the University of Iowa where he earned a B.A. in History. At Iowa, Cary served as debate team president and as both the scholarship chair and president of Sigma Alpha Mu Fraternity.

Cary started his financial career at Piper Jaffray Inc. in 1990. By 29 years old, he was an Associate Branch Manager for Principal Securities in Chicago. Cary left the corporate brokerage environment in 2002 to launch his boutique advisory firm in Chicago. He fulfilled a lifelong dream of living in a warm climate near the water in 2006 when he moved his family and business to Palm Beach Gardens, FL, ultimately relocating to Tequesta, FL in 2011.

A frequent speaker on financial planning topics, Cary has written many articles and has been quoted in print and on wealth management broadcast media. His successful career as an investment advisor and financial planner is built upon a fee-based system in which he is laser-focused on the best interests of clients, providing comprehensive analysis and efficient planning of all aspects of their financial lives.

Cary is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM Professional, Certified Divorce Financial AnalystTM, Accredited Investment Fiduciary®, Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® and an Accredited Estate Planner®.

He and his wife Sharon have one daughter, Sarah, a college student and lacrosse player in Colorado. The Stamp family passionately believes in giving back to the community. Cary has been a member of the board since 2013—and served as board chair—of the Edna Runner Tutorial Center, an after care facility for low-income families in Jupiter, FL. He is also currently a board member with the Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce, and a previous board member of the Jupiter Medical Center Foundation and the American Cancer Society. He is a 2011 graduate of Leadership Palm Beach County, an ambassador for the Honda Classic Golf Tournament, and a member of the 100 Friends of the First Tee of the Palm Beaches. An avid traveler and golfer, Cary continues to this day to be an Iowa Hawkeye and Chicago Cubs fan.
